Countries

Every ISO country and territory has an explicit currency, language authority, public website setting, Concierge, checkout, and shipping state. Public visibility is independent from service capability. Customer languages appear online only when the active website release contains them.

Shipping zones

Countries are grouped into zones. A shipping option is priced per zone.

Shipping options

Saudi delivery is locked as complimentary. International delivery is confirmed before payment and never uses a private contract estimate as a customer charge.

Private DHL configuration

These protected controls govern the carrier profile and operational country zoning. Contract tariff amounts stay in server-only code and are not included in the public Markets response.

General

Saudi Arabia is the backend-enforced anchor and cannot be changed here.
This setting changes only after you save and publish. The public storefront can retain the prior response for up to 10 minutes.

Published rate snapshot

Country prices use one independently published SAR rate snapshot. A stale, incomplete, or failed refresh hides affected local prices and never changes Markets publishing.

Advanced service reference data

These configuration rates are retained only for operational comparison. They cannot change customer country currency or override the published daily snapshot.

Selling entity

Today there is one seller of record - the Saudi company - so every market is a Saudi export. Opening a company in another city or country later is added here without changing anything else.
